{"id":18721,"date":"2026-08-24T10:48:37","date_gmt":"2026-08-24T02:48:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=18721"},"modified":"2026-08-24T10:48:38","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T02:48:38","slug":"customer-service-executive-mandarin-speaker-2","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/customer-service-executive-mandarin-speaker-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the Company:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our client is a subsidiary of a Swedish publicly traded company specializing in polymer material solutions and contract manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process customer orders and update forecasts in the IFS system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with customers on orders, forecasts, delivery schedules, and changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with Planning, Production, Material, and Shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor customer orders and follow up on potential delays or shortages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate customer requirements with production and material availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor consignment, on-hold, quarantine, and slow-moving inventory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate customer and order information in the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the main contact for customer order and delivery matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain good relationships with customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on customer payment and account reconciliation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate customer or delivery issues to the superior when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with RBA and Supplier Code of Conduct requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferably 2\u20135 years of experience in Customer Service or a manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and customer service skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good command of English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with IFS or other ERP systems is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible, organized, proactive, and able to work well with others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, you may reach out to Rainie Chua at rainie.chua@peoplelake.asia or contact her at +6012-7911939 for further discussion.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Company: Our client is a subsidiary of a Swedish publicly traded company specializing in polymer material solutions and contract manufacturing.
