Client Focus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, bookkeeping, and other tasks as required, including all associated electronic workpapers for clients across various industries and structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work diligently to prepare information in a timely manner, with strong attention to detail, while striving to minimise rework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively apply concepts learned from technical training to improve client outcomes and take on increasingly complex and challenging tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide professional and timely communication to the team to ensure efficient client service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify value-add opportunities for the Firm to provide additional support to clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Team Focus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate effectively with both onshore and offshore team members to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to team discussions that drive improvements in collaboration and value delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist new team members as a \u201cbuddy\u201d to support onboarding, team integration, progress, and skills development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Firm Focus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the Firm\u2019s financial management, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meeting individual budgets, timeframes, productivity, and recoverability targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completing accurate daily timesheets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously develop technical and professional skills through:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taking initiative to research technical matters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in training and development activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributing to team meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to ongoing improvements in the Firm\u2019s systems and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3+ years of relevant accounting experience in a client servicing role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience working with Xero accounting software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mandatory Software Experience:\u00a0<\/strong>Xero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preferred Software Experience:<\/strong>\u00a0MYOB, Smart Workpapers, Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Software Experience:<\/strong>\u00a0QuickBooks, BGL, FYI Docs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident in problem-solving, researching tasks, and working effectively with an Australia-based team across onshore and offshore locations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates initiative and a proactive mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, you may reach out to Cheryl Soh via email (cheryl.soh@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-772 3437)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About our client: An Australian organisation which provides professional business services, supporting clients in achieving business growth through expert financial management.
