{"id":18824,"date":"2026-09-09T15:24:43","date_gmt":"2026-09-09T07:24:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=18824"},"modified":"2026-09-09T15:24:45","modified_gmt":"2026-09-09T07:24:45","slug":"it-project-manager-insurance-project-management-experience-is-a-must-1-year-contract-renewable","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/it-project-manager-insurance-project-management-experience-is-a-must-1-year-contract-renewable\/","title":{"rendered":"IT Project Manager (Insurance project management experience is a must) &#8211; 1 year contract renewable\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project Delivery &amp; Execution (Primary)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive effective stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues to minimize delivery impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track project progress and provide regular reporting to sponsors and senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage change requests and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Governance &amp; Stakeholder Management (Secondary)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support project governance activities including steering committee meetings, status reporting, and project reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with organizational project management frameworks, controls, and standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate decision-making processes and escalation management where required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>At least 7 years of Project Management experience, with a strong track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects within the insurance or financial services industry.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional project teams and multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The salary for this position is up to RM 10,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kindly submit your application to sunny.khoo@peoplelake.asia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery &amp; Execution (Primary) Governance &amp; Stakeholder Management (Secondary) Requirements: The salary for this position is up to RM 10,000.
