Job Summary
The Sales Leader\/Sales Expert will drive new business development, execute market strategies, provide technical product advisory, manage reporting and cross\u2011department liaison, and strengthen market presence through customer engagement and marketing activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Secure new business opportunities and maintain strong follow\u2011up with existing customers.
Market Strategy: Monitor industry trends and execute effective sales strategies.
Technical Advisory: Provide product\u2011related technical advice to customers.
Reporting & Liaison: Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal departments to expedite orders and collections.
Marketing Engagement: Participate in exhibitions, surveys, and roadshows to strengthen market presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements
Degree in Mechatronics \/ Mechanical \/ Precision Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
3\u20135 years of B2B industrial sales experience with proven track record and customer base.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, time management, and reporting.
Advanced MS Excel (V\u2011lookup, Pivot Table) and PowerPoint proficiency.
High energy, target\u2011driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in teams.
Own transport required.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Sales exposure in the semiconductor industry.
Technical sales experience in Factory Automation (FA) or industrial automation products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
