{"id":18975,"date":"2026-09-24T17:46:45","date_gmt":"2026-09-24T09:46:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=18975"},"modified":"2026-09-24T17:46:47","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T09:46:47","slug":"warehouse-executive-2-locations","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/warehouse-executive-2-locations\/","title":{"rendered":"Warehouse Executive (2 locations)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About our client:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A major provider of prefabricated modular data center infrastructure founded in Shanghai, China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the role: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing on-site warehouse personnel, materials, maintain accurate warehouse inventory records, equipment and facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inbound &amp; Outbound Warehouse Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound warehouse activities and ensure all required procedures are properly followed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare, maintain and verify inbound\/outbound records and provide information or reports as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect returned materials from engineering\/project sites and reject any items that do not meet the requirements for return to the recovery warehouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Work Task Coordination &amp; Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing on-site personnel, tools and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure warehouse space is properly allocated according to project requirements, while maintaining sufficient emergency storage space and an organised storage environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure materials are handled safely and remain undamaged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inventory Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist the warehouse team in conducting stock counts and ensure inventory records are accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the movement of materials to ensure compliance with company inventory management procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any shortages, damages or inventory discrepancies promptly and assist in resolving related issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain safety and security within the assigned warehouse area and ensure materials are not lost, stolen or disposed of without proper authorisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Teamwork &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Foster respectful and effective collaboration among team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain good communication with Design, Engineering, Site, Warehouse, Procurement and Logistics teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and report on cross-departmental and external matters in accordance with the department manager&#8217;s instructions and established communication channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Education: Minimum Diploma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum <strong>2 years<\/strong> of relevant work experience in <strong>warehouse management<\/strong>, <strong>engineering equipment management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logistics management related field is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good <strong>organisational and coordination skills<\/strong>, with the ability to allocate tasks effectively and improve team efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with common <strong>material-handling tools and equipment<\/strong>, such as forklifts, hand trucks and pallets.
