{"id":18984,"date":"2026-09-24T21:38:03","date_gmt":"2026-09-24T13:38:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=18984"},"modified":"2026-09-24T21:38:05","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T13:38:05","slug":"sr-manager-test-engineering","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/sr-manager-test-engineering\/","title":{"rendered":"Sr Manager, Test Engineering"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead the complete sustaining test function covering <strong>ICT, FCT, PCBA functional test, system test, debugging and failure analysis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical support for products after launch into mass production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead troubleshooting of <strong>complex PCB\/PCBA and system-level failures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive improvement in <strong>FPY, test yield, retest rate, test coverage, MTTD, MTTR, cycle time, tester uptime and customer escapes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee test hardware, fixtures, instrumentation, ATE, test software and automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve tester reliability, capacity, utilization and maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead root-cause analysis using <strong>8D, RCA, CAPA, DMAIC, PFMEA and related methodologies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage Test Engineering resources, managers, engineers and technicians.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support customers and cross-functional teams on test-related production and quality issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage relevant test equipment capacity planning and CAPEX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approximately <strong>12\u201315+ years of Test Engineering experience<\/strong>, with at least <strong>5 years in management \/ senior leadership<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mandatory manufacturing Test Engineering experience with networking products<\/strong>, such as switches, routers, data-center networking equipment or similar complex networking hardware.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>ICT, FCT, system testing, complex PCB debugging and failure analysis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong sustaining \/ mass-production Test Engineering background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in an <strong>EMS environment strongly preferred<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be comfortable remaining technically hands-on despite seniority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience leading managers and sizeable engineering teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cisco product experience is <strong>not mandatory<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NPI experience is <strong>not required for this role<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INTERESTED TO APPLY? <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested candidates may submit their resume to <strong>Ms. Gina Koh<\/strong> (Sr. Recruitment Consultant) via <strong>WhatsApp at +6016-6948780<\/strong> or via <strong>email at <a href=\"mailto:gina.koh@peoplelake.asia\">gina.koh@peoplelake.asia<\/a><\/strong> for a prompt hiring process.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB REQUIREMENTS: INTERESTED TO APPLY?
