Reporting to the Budgeting and Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening financial controls, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, improving financial processes and providing financial insights to support organizational decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee financial operations, accounting, reporting and full cost recovery across multiple portfolios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and month-end reporting activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor financial transactions, investigate anomalies and ensure compliance with internal controls and approved budgets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review financial data and ERP records to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with financial policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse financial performance, cost structures and resource allocation to support informed business decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide financial guidance to project leads and management on budgeting, reporting, cost allocation and financial management matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to finance teams across multiple offices and portfolios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows, systems, reporting processes and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of financial queries and consistent financial practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partial professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA or equivalent); a Master&#8217;s degree is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, reporting or financial operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements and accounting systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with ERP and financial management systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, you may reach out to Charmaine at her email at <a href=\"mailto:charmaine.loo@peoplelake.asia\">charmaine.loo@peoplelake.asia<\/a> or WhatsApp her at +6017 4622500<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Specialist to oversee financial operations across multiple countries and portfolios.
