{"id":19060,"date":"2026-10-14T17:28:34","date_gmt":"2026-10-14T09:28:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=19060"},"modified":"2026-10-14T17:28:35","modified_gmt":"2026-10-14T09:28:35","slug":"aesthetic-clinic-branch-manager-mandarin-speaker","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/aesthetic-clinic-branch-manager-mandarin-speaker\/","title":{"rendered":"Aesthetic Clinic Branch Manager (Mandarin Speaker)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About our client:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A premier aesthetic clinic registered under the Ministry of Health since 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the overall daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all operational procedures, SOPs, and company policies are consistently implemented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and welcoming clinic environment at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all facilities, treatment rooms, and equipment are properly maintained and operational.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take full ownership of the branch&#8217;s monthly sales and profitability targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to increase treatment sales, product sales, and customer retention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor daily sales reports, conversion rates, average spending per customer, and treatment package performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive marketing campaigns at branch level together with the marketing team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the branch team to achieve individual and branch goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance working culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement continuous improvements to enhance the overall patient experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage branch operating expenses within the approved budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor branch profitability and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimize wastage, stock losses, and unnecessary operating expenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure sufficient stock levels for products and consumables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor expiry dates and minimize inventory wastage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper maintenance of clinic equipment and company assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure patient confidentiality and proper documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor infection control and hygiene standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all staff comply with professional and ethical standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare monthly reports for Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse branch KPIs and recommend improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular branch meetings to review performance and action plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with doctors, the Customer Service team, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments to achieve the Company&#8217;s objectives and ensure smooth branch operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Candidates with a beauty, aesthetic, or management background are preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to undergo 3 months of training at HQ (Damansara Utama).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After confirmation, required to attend monthly management meetings at HQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to work 6 days a week, including 2 weekends, and Public Holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, you may reach out to Cheryl Soh via email (cheryl.soh@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-772 3437)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About our client: A premier aesthetic clinic registered under the Ministry of Health since 2014.
