{"id":19090,"date":"2026-10-21T17:54:53","date_gmt":"2026-10-21T09:54:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=19090"},"modified":"2026-10-21T17:54:55","modified_gmt":"2026-10-21T09:54:55","slug":"senior-treasury-specialist-mandarin-speaker","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/senior-treasury-specialist-mandarin-speaker\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Treasury Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About Our Client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A major provider of prefabricated modular data center infrastructure founded in Shanghai, China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate bank financing, including credit applications, loan drawdowns, post-disbursement management, principal and interest repayments, financing structure optimisation, and banking relationship management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) foreign exchange administration (FEA) policies and regulations, including cross-border fund transfers, foreign exchange reporting, inward and outward remittances, external borrowing registration, and the implementation of applicable foreign exchange policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage daily cash flow planning, cash position monitoring, fund pooling, and payment activities to ensure efficient and compliant movement of funds across domestic and international operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with banking partners in Malaysia and China, including Maybank, AmBank, UOB, and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), on loan agreements, guarantees, letters of credit, account opening and amendments, and other banking-related matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor financing costs and foreign exchange exposure, and prepare treasury reports, financing registers, and foreign exchange compliance reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate funding arrangements for cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A) and project investments, including loan execution, foreign exchange approvals, and regulatory reporting and submission requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting \/ Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in treasury management, corporate banking, or related banking operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banking experience is mandatory and highly preferred, particularly in corporate banking, corporate credit, credit approval, cross-border settlements, or treasury operations within a commercial bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven hands-on experience managing the full bank financing lifecycle, including credit facility structuring, application documentation, approval follow-up, loan drawdowns, post-disbursement management, and loan extensions or restructuring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of Malaysia&#8217;s foreign exchange administration (FEA) framework and BNM regulations.
