    Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Based on local regulations and business strategy, assist the manager establishing risk-driven IT audit plan.<\/li>\n
    2. Conducting risk assessments, evaluating controls, testing IT systems and processes, and identifying areas of weakness or non-compliance.<\/li>\n
    3. Independently identify and evaluate risks and internal controls of IT auditable subject, based on understanding of local regulatory requirement, the company\u2019s strategies and business layout and prepare audit reports that meet internal and local regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n
    4. Communicate with management of problems discovered, provide effective and efficient action plans and validate the remediations.<\/li>\n
    5. Provide value-added services to business developments, including cooperating with regulatory inspections and organizing related training and sharing.<\/li>\n
    6. Identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT audit processes and methodologies which may involve implementing best practices, leveraging technology tools, and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging risks.<\/li>\n
    7. Assessing and prioritizing IT risks facing the organization, and developing strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.<\/li>\n
    8. Provide audit services to The Company\u2019s International Business Group as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Bachelor\u2019s degree or above.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. At least 7 years\u2019 experience IT risk audit and working experience in Big Four, financial sectors or Internet companies would be preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Understanding of local regulatory requirements and relevant laws and regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Have data analytical capabilities, able to use SQL or equivalent data analysis tool.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Candidate with\u00a0 CISA, CISSP or similar certificates would be preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Highly energized and positive, adapt to changes, be creative and able to quickly learn and understand innovative financial business.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Have Fintech thinking and well-developed communication skills, and be able to communicate well with business side.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
