Set-up, lead, guide &amp; oversee document control function for the Finance Department.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management reports &amp; manages the costing &amp; budgeting and forecast processes<\/p>\n<p>3. Manage and analyse financial performance, cash flow and capital allocation<\/p>\n<p>4. Ensure financial reporting is in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards<\/p>\n<p>5. Updating board quarterly on financials<\/p>\n<p>6. Risk management on financial issues<\/p>\n<p>7. Liaise with authorities, internal and external auditors, tax agents and bankers on relevant matters and queries<\/p>\n<p>8. Dealing with bankers on financing and lawyers on agreements<\/p>\n<p>9. Handling vendor corruption due diligence<\/p>\n<p>10. Liaise with Group Corporate Communications in matters pertaining to advertisement, donations (and other matters that fall under the purview of Group Corporate Communications)<\/p>\n<p>11. To comply with company safety policy, company policy and rules and regulations<\/p>\n<p>12.
