Your role involves designing and managing one or several finance-related systems. This position requires a profound understanding of business and financial processes and operations. You should be an analytical and agile problem solver who can collaborate with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams toward a common goal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf Conduct market research to identify business challenges and customer needs in finance.<br \/>\n\u25cf Design and implement financial product strategies that align with the goals of the finance team and the company.<br \/>\n\u25cf Design new functionalities in the finance system such as financial reporting system, settlement (AR&amp;AP) system, accounting system, tax system, treasury system etc. to support the finance team.<br \/>\n\u25cf Collaborate with global (especially Chinese) product managers and software engineers to ensure successful finance-related systems rollouts.<br \/>\n\u25cf Manage project plans and ensure timely delivery.<br \/>\n\u25cf Daily operations of finance-related systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u25cf A bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. A master\u2019s degree is advantageous.<br \/>\n\u25cf At least 3 years of experience in IT system project delivery and operations, specifically with finance systems like Oracle, SAP, preferably including experience in financial reporting system ,settlement (AR&amp;AP) system, accounting system, tax system, treasury system etc. Experience in financial system design from 0 to 1 is a plus.<br \/>\n\u25cf In-depth knowledge of financial processes (OTC, PTP, RTR, etc.).<br \/>\n\u25cf Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment.<br \/>\n\u25cf Proficiency in product design tools such as Axure, Sketch, Visio, etc.<br \/>\n\u25cf Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our client is a world-renowned fintech company, a world-leading internet open platform with strong presence in APAC and the rest of the world.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Kennard at his email at kennard@peoplelake.asia.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why Should You Apply For The Job 1.
