{"id":3348,"date":"2024-03-21T10:52:48","date_gmt":"2024-03-21T10:52:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=3348"},"modified":"2025-02-24T04:38:22","modified_gmt":"2025-02-24T04:38:22","slug":"merchant-business-development-growth-operations-apac","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/merchant-business-development-growth-operations-apac\/","title":{"rendered":"Merchant Business Development &amp; Growth Operations (APAC)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Why Should You Apply For The Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in fast growing multi-national company with strong presence in Malaysia.<\/li>\n<li>Great career exposure and development.<\/li>\n<li>Good remuneration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for global merchant business development and growth operations, drive transactions and user penetration through marketing campaigns and daily operation, leveraging our platforms\u2019 marketing capabilities and resource, together with merchant\/ecosystem resources.<\/li>\n<li>Drive demonstration of merchant, partner, user value through deep understanding of our platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute marketing campaigns with both merchants\/partners and internal marketing team to come up with the merchant growth solutions, covering the user communication channels, both in eWallet app and external merchant\/partner ecosystem channels, and the media plan, and continuously optimize results.<\/li>\n<li>Together with the team, develop and manage a good partnership network with merchant in corresponding Geos, create healthy eco-system environment and mechanism to empower merchant to grow in our platform.<\/li>\n<li>Support Business Development by understanding the merchant\u2019s pain point and demonstrating the value of the Product integrated marketing solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Product team and regional team to increase the exposure for global merchants and improve end-to-end journey for the eWallet users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of hands-on business development and growth operations; well versed in engaging with merchants and partners, including major brands, retailors, acquirers, marketing partners, industry associations, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders and third party vendors to achieve business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management, presentation, organizational and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, hands on and able to multi-task across a range of programs in a fast-paced dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel in APAC region, South Korea and Singapore (30~50%).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Acquiring business, FinTech is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Company<\/strong><br \/>\nOur client is a world-renowned fintech company with strong presence in APAC and the rest of the world.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested to apply?
