In close collaboration with their partners, they support merchants of all sizes worldwide to realize their growth aspirations through a comprehensive range of tech-driven digital payment and financial services solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Our client is seeking for a Senior Finance Specialist for our Global Finance Team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Review and approve ad-hoc payment<br \/>\n\u2022 Conducting financial analysis and reporting<br \/>\n\u2022 Fostering the growth and development of team members.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide coaching and support to the team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise closely with auditors, tax team, and relevant stakeholders on audit and filling matters.<br \/>\n\u2022 Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with local GAAP.<br \/>\n\u2022 Stay updated on changes in local GAAP regulations and ensure the organisation&#8217;s financial practices align with these standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 Review\/prepare monthly schedules and account fluctuations analysis<br \/>\n\u2022 Support implementation of financial report based on IFRS or Local standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist the manager with regular financial reporting, account closing and improvements of day-to-day work processes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 At least 5 Years above experience in audit firm or other relevant experience.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Words, Excel and other software.<br \/>\n\u2022 Good understanding of internal controls and corporate governance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Motivated self-starter, resourceful and ability to work independently; keen to learn with the ability to collaborate with various departments.<br \/>\n\u2022 Resourceful in managing competing priorities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Training in Big 4 auditing firms are preferred.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong language skills, including English and Chinese are needed to work smoothly with stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Company<\/strong><br \/>\nOur client is a world-renowned fintech company with strong presence in APAC and the rest of the world.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested to apply?
