    Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    To assist Head of Project and Marketing in sales, distribution, projects, contracts & ad-hoc duties from time to time.<\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. To monitor and coordinate all the sales to customer.<\/li>\n
    2. To coordinate all the outstation delivery.<\/li>\n
    3. Inventory control to reduce the production downtime.<\/li>\n
    4. Prepare and checking all the invoices to customer.<\/li>\n
    5. Monitor delivery for customer.<\/li>\n
    6. Ensure all the projects invoices is issue within the timeframe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Degree in related field or its equivalent.<\/li>\n
      2. At least 3-5 years related working experience.<\/li>\n
      3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.<\/li>\n
      4. Good interpersonal skills & communication skills (both verbal and written).<\/li>\n
      5. Able to work independently, result-oriented & self-motivated.<\/li>\n
      6. Willing to take new challenges and self-motivated for new assignments.<\/li>\n
      7. Having work experience in the construction or mining industry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
