Walk in the shoes of our clients and define what a great localized product looks like.<br \/>\n\u25cf Driving continuous improvement in service quality<br \/>\n\u25cf Competitor researches on their product advantages and system capabilities, gap analyses.<br \/>\n\u25cf Set product target including PSAT rating, number of complaint\u2019s, product penetration rate, automation rate, etc.<br \/>\n\u25cf Responsible for making decisions on how the business card product expands next in UK\/SEA\/ANZ\/EEA.
