Employee Relations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive work environment and organisation culture through conflict resolution, mediation, and promoting open communication.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03. Performance Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support for performance improvement plans.<\/li>\n<li>Work with managers \/ team leaders to set performance goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04. HR Policy and Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, employee documentation and records management, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement and update the employee handbook and HR policies.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular HR audits and ensure all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a05. Compensation and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a06. Training and Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify training needs and create employee development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and manage in-house training sessions and external training opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a07. Other Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Strategic HR Planning<\/span>: <\/em>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the firm\u2019s goals and objectives. Monitor HR metrics and analyze workforce trends to inform decision-making.<\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Team Mentorship and Professional Development<\/span>:<\/em> Mentor junior HR staff and promote continuous professional development in HR division to stay updated<br \/>\nwith HR best practices and trends.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em>Ad Hoc Tasks or Projects<\/em><\/span><strong>:<\/strong> Respond to or handle ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by top management as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment. Having managerial experience is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in full spectrum of HR practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Company:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our client is a reputable and awards-winning law firm in Malaysia.
