This is a 100% remote position.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conversion Rate Optimisation<\/strong>: Conceptualize, build, implement, and oversee a robust pipeline of optimizations aimed at <strong>improving conversion rates<\/strong>, increasing cart value, and enhancing the overall customer experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strategic Development<\/strong>:\u00a0Collaborate with key leaders to brainstorm and spearhead new strategies focused on <strong>increasing customer acquisition<\/strong> and lifetime value.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Innovation and Best Practices<\/strong>:\u00a0Apply and integrate advanced knowledge and best practices to <strong>develop new methods, procedures, and protocols for the Conversion Optimization team<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Performance Monitoring<\/strong>:\u00a0Proactively monitor and <strong>report on key metrics,<\/strong> <strong>A\/B test results<\/strong>, and their analyses to internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Management<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>Manage multiple campaigns<\/strong>, tasks, and regular product launches with rapidly changing variables.
