    Job work environment:<\/strong> Office-based<\/p>\n

    Job Purpose: <\/strong>To support the Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of FPA in the area of financial planning and analysis with the on-going restructuring of the Group\u2019s Finance function.<\/p>\n

    Responsible to\/Report to:<\/strong> Head of FPA<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
    \nTo assist and support the Head of FPA on the following:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Relook \/ Revamp Monthly Performance Reporting.<\/li>\n
    2. Drive Value Creation agenda i.e. identify value creators and value destroyers.<\/li>\n
    3. Drive Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning process across the Group.<\/li>\n
    4. Standardize templates & drive automation.<\/li>\n
    5. Monitor KPI performance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Degree in Accounting \/ Finance \/ Professional qualification ACCA\/CPA and a member of MIA\/CIMA\/MICPA.<\/li>\n
      2. Preferably 5 years of working experience in financial \/ accounting or relevant fields.<\/li>\n
      3. Strong financial analysis, communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
      4. Able to work independently and observe confidentiality<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
