Job Title: Head of Finance and Sales Administration (Property Development Industry) – based in Kuching Sarawak<\/strong><\/p>\n

Division \/ Department : Property Development Department<\/p>\n

Report to : Group CFO<\/p>\n

Job Purpose: <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Head of Finance and Sales Administration plays a pivotal role in the property development industry by overseeing financial operations and sales administration processes. This position requires a strong understanding of financial management, sales support, and a deep knowledge of the property development sector.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Financial Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s property development projects.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for projects.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.<\/p>\n

2) Sales Administration<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Supervise the sales administration team, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Oversee the documentation and paperwork related to property sales transactions.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and pricing models.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Maintain accurate sales records and reports.<\/p>\n

3) Financial Reporting<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Provide financial analysis to support decision-making on property development projects.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources.<\/p>\n

4) Risk Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Ensure proper insurance coverage for property development projects.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.<\/p>\n

5) Team Leadership<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Recruit, train, and mentor finance and sales administration staff.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Set clear goals and KPIs for the department and monitor progress.<\/p>\n

6) Compliance and Regulation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Stay updated on industry regulations, tax laws, and financial best practices.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, ACCA, MIA or CPA preferred.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the property development industry.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Strong leadership and team management skills.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Knowledge of financial software and tools.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and sales administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.<\/p>\n
