    Position Summary<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Responsibilities<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Group financial reporting;<\/li>\n
    2. Analyze and review of the financial performance of the operating segments;<\/li>\n
    3. Group budget and cash flow projections and monitoring thereon;<\/li>\n
    4. Meeting papers\/reports for Board meetings, annual report and AGM;<\/li>\n
    5. Tax matters;<\/li>\n
    6. Improvement of internal control processes and procedures;<\/li>\n
    7. Liaising with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, lawyers & ; and<\/li>\n
    8. Any other ad-hoc projects to be assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Requirements<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Qualified accountant with more than 5 years of experience in full fledge of finance and MIA Certificate.<\/li>\n
      2. Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Malay and Chinese.<\/li>\n
      3. Possess strong leadership quality and interpersonal skills; and<\/li>\n
      4. Results oriented, pro-active, able to meet datelines, reliable, open-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Responsibilities<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Develops the strategy to ensure that the organization has the financial resources needed to achieve its current and future goals, while mitigating financial and operational risk.<\/li>\n
        2. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with key financial partners including investors, partners, lenders, bankers, valuers, vendors and etc.<\/li>\n
        3. Oversees organizational budgeting, accounting, and cash management to ensure accurate reporting, interpretation, and analysis of financial results in conjunction with forecasts and long-range plans.<\/li>\n
        4. Manages and supports the preparation of the annual consolidated corporate audit and tax returns.<\/li>\n
        5. Prepares the annual corporate consolidated financial statements.<\/li>\n
        6. Oversees and reviews property audits and tax returns prepared by the Company’s professional services firm.<\/li>\n
        7. Prepare and review interest restriction and tax planning for the assigned entities.<\/li>\n
        8. Manages and monitors the organization’s cash flow and real estate development capital needs.<\/li>\n
        9. To develop, review and recommend improvement to accounting and financial information systems on an on-going basis.<\/li>\n
        10. Liaise and coordinate all resolutions and other issues with Company Secretaries.<\/li>\n
        11. Works collaboratively with BOD to review potential acquisitions, debt, equity and public partnership proposals and partnership\/operating agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
