Finance Business Partner (China Fintech MNC)

About the company:

• A world-renowned fintech company that positions itself as the global leader of online payment solutions provider.
• The company owns the world’s largest mobile payment platform, which serves over 1.3 billion users and 80 million merchants around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Fintech Product team to address their business goal, initiatives and projects, including but not limited to operation improvement, ROI evaluation, project modelling, contract review, risk management and exception handling.
• Provide high-quality financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities.
• Seek opportunities to systematic solution and implement to improve operation efficient, data accuracy and promptness.
• Proactively involved product/tech team to streamline demand and implementation plan.
• Get hands-on and influence others in resolving issues and exploring new opportunities as they arise.
  

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field or equivalent required.
• 5 to 10 years of working experience in finance or relevant analytical field.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strong technical capabilities into commercial judgement, and to work independently and self-motivated in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment where new business initiatives are frequently introduced.
• Knowledge of e-payment, e-commerce and financial services is a plus.
• Be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to management.
• Curiosity in continuous learning, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with multi-functional teams to drive the discussion, alignment and actions.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with our Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
