Senior IT Manager (IT Infrastructure)

About Our Client: 

Our client is an engineering company providing comprehensive, powerful and reliable systems, based on both gas and diesel engines, as well as electrified hybrid systems for commercial marine ships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of ICT hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Manage and coordinate projects and programs of work associated with the future of company network / system needs, identify proactive solutions to satisfy internal user needs.
• Advice and oversee the implementation of ICT strategies, products, migrations and enhancements within the company.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for ICT and at the same time improving the processes based on ITIL standard.
• Ensure effective ICT service delivery and efficient operations.
• Manage all IT-related purchasing and budget expenditures; both OPEX and CAPEX.
• Coaching & supervising subordinates and leading efforts to improve ICT staff knowledge and competencies.
• Holds responsibility for ICT capacity planning and IT staffing.
• Establish and build relationship with vendors.
• Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion to superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in IT or relevant field.
