About the Client

Key Responsibilities:
The Program Manager oversees customer accounts, ensuring business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
•Manage business engagement, contracts, RFQs, NPI, mass production, and financial aspects.
•Act as the main escalation point for product lifecycle and quotation processes.
•Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies for growth, profitability, and process improvements.
•Monitor customer satisfaction (CSI, MOR, KPI) and key performance indicators (TQRDCEB).
•Collaborate with customers on pricing, technology, and business models.
•Lead cross-functional teams for NPI, FA, and mass production activities.
•Oversee BOMs, sourcing, costing, engineering readiness, project schedules, and packaging.
•Manage product, material, and engineering changes with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
•Possess strong financial management skills, including forecasting and P&L oversight.
•Develop business strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
•Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) effectiveness, integration, and continuous improvement.
•Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Senior-level experience in program or project management.
- Strong background in managing customer accounts, RFQs, NPI, and mass production.
- Proven ability to handle financial forecasting and P&L management.
- Experience in cross-functional team leadership and project execution.
- Familiarity with BOMs, sourcing, costing, and packaging processes.
- Ability to manage engineering and material changes across stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and process improvement capabilities.
- Proficient in monitoring customer satisfaction and key performance indicators (CSI, MOR, TQRDCEB).
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement practices.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is (compulsory).
