Interior Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with a passion for corporate and commercial workplace environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, functional, and client-centric design solutions that align with our firm’s reputation for excellence in office interiors, coworking spaces, and corporate fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in concept development, space planning, and schematic design for corporate offices and commercial spaces.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material boards, and sample selections for client approval.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained through all project phases.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and design coordination sessions.
• Keep up with trends, materials, and technologies relevant to workplace design.
• Support tender documentation and assist in evaluating vendor/contractor submissions where required.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate office or commercial interior design.
• Proficiency in design software: CAD, Enscape,SketchUp,Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong space planning skills with attention to detail and functionality.
• Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
