Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality design to join our team. You will lead the design of high-profile hospitality projects such as hotels and resorts, collaborating closely with both local and China-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and design execution for hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, etc.).
• Work closely with internal teams and the China office to deliver cohesive design outcomes.
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications to bring concepts to life.
• Review and ensure quality control of technical drawings, shop drawings, and samples/mock-ups.
• Present designs and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage fast-paced projects while maintaining design integrity.
  
  

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with a focus on hospitality design.
• Strong project leadership and space planning experience in hotel design.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin (collaborate with China team).
• Highly skilled in:
  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp
  • Enscape
  • Adobe Photoshop
• Strong conceptual design and narrative skills.
• Excellent schematic design and development capabilities.
• Compelling presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
