Role Summary
We are seeking a Paid Media & Content Specialist to spearhead digital campaign execution, content creation, and media optimization for our growing portfolio of clients. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for a passionate individual who thrives on results and creative impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs
- Take ownership of paid media budgets and continuously optimize for ROI
- Plan, implement, and refine campaigns across platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google, and Programmatic
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive marketing strategies
- Draft short-form copywriting for ads, social media, and emails
- Ideate and develop creative visuals in partnership with designers
- Manage and support the creation of video content (e.g. influencer collaborations)
- Deliver analytical reports, performance reviews, and actionable insights
- Work with the sales team on proposals and presentations for new prospects
- Manage external contractors and content creators when necessary
- Ensure weekly and ad-hoc reporting on campaign progress and KPIs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Projections Fulfillment: Achieve ≥80% of targets outlined in client proposals
- Client Retention: Ensure ≥70% satisfaction and renewal rate
- Creative Impact: Target ≥2% engagement rate for creative assets
- Brand Growth: Drive monthly follower growth of ≥5% where applicable
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Language: Proficient in English
- Technical Skills: Experience with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), content creation, and campaign analytics tools preferred
- Strong creative thinking, analytical capability, and attention to detail
