Business Development Executive – Indonesian Speaking

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive (Indonesian speaking) to join a leading company in the online trading space. Based in Jakarta, this role focuses on growing the client base, building partnerships, and promoting company offerings across the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand business in the Indonesian market
• Convert leads into active clients and engage new partners
• Identify and leverage local marketing and promotional channels
• Onboard and support trading clients, affiliates, and partners
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Build strong client and partner relationships while meeting KPIs
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Attend industry conferences and client meetings as needed

Requirements:

• Native Indonesian speaker with fluent English
• Experience in FX/CFD or online trading is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
• Strong initiative, results-driven, and a team player
• Based in Jakarta
