Responsibilities

  1. Handle data entry account receivable and account payable and general ledger.
  2. Filing documents to maintain a systematic filing system.
  3. Assist in handle administrative tasks.
  4. Assist in preparing documents and schedule for audit and liaise with external auditor and tax agents as required.
  5. Reimbursement petty cash to staff and updated petty cash records on weekly basis.
  6. Handle checking staff claim, overtime and mileage claim.
  7. Assist in ad hoc tasks as required by the management.

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least diploma, bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in related field, with experience working the legal firm account department will be an advantage.
  3. Preferable languages: Bahasa English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an advantage.
  4. Good understanding of accounting principles including bookkeeping and journal adjustments.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in daily routine work.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  7. Positive, meticulous, systematic, assertive, possess strong problem-solving skill and attention to details.
