Payroll Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
• Responsible for clients’ payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
• Handle payroll queries and provide exceptional client support
• Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax and other statutory matters
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
• Prepare reports and payroll reconciliations
• Stay updated on labor laws and payroll best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in an outsourcing environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and statutory requirements
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
