About the company:
Our client is a multi-regulated brokerage firm established in Australia, offering CFD trading across a wide range of global financial instruments, including indices, commodities, stocks, and various other asset classes.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage your assigned country, territory, or region by converting leads into clients and building strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Actively search for trading professionals across social media, forums, blogs, and communities to engage them as clients or partners.
- Identify and use the most effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products in practical ways.
- Support the onboarding process for clients, Affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Money Managers, and other partners. Work with the customer support team to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and back-office teams to create the required sales and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners. Focus on retaining and reactivating clients and partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
- Monitor affiliate and partner performance regularly, helping them improve their results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market and competitor research, and share insights about the customer journey with management.
- Follow the company’s policies and regulatory requirements with a responsible and ethical approach.
- Attend business meetings and industry conferences when needed.
Requirements:
- FX/CFD or online trading experience is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin – experience or strong connections in the region is a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong focus on client service with great customer service and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Able to influence and negotiate win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Self-driven, motivated, competitive, and eager to succeed.
- Can work independently and as part of a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
