Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Personal Assistant to support a company executive in managing daily business operations, meetings, and social engagements. This role requires a high level of discretion, multilingual communication skills, and flexibility for various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Accompany the executive to business meetings, events, and social functions
- Arrange and coordinate business-related social engagements and entertainment
- Provide real-time assistance during meetings and engagements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related field.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
- Fluent in Mandarin (required), with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Malay preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage a dynamic schedule and travel locally when needed
- Comfortable attending formal or social business occasions
