About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Web Application Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in a technical leadership role.
• This position combines hands-on software development with strategic leadership, team supervision, and agile project management.
• The successful candidate will design, develop, and lead the implementation of robust web applications using the .NET framework while guiding a team of developers, ensuring quality delivery, and aligning efforts with business goals.
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and efficient web applications using the .NET framework.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, product managers, and UI/UX designers to understand business requirements and transform them into scalable solutions.
• Architect solutions that are robust, maintainable, and aligned with strategic business goals.
• Ensure the responsiveness, performance, and security of applications.
• Develop user interfaces for web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or Blazor.
• Ensure consistency and usability through responsive and accessible UI design, to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices.
• Build and maintain efficient and scalable server-side logic and services.
• Develop secure APIs and integrate third-party systems and services.
• Provide architectural guidance on microservices, RESTful APIs, and data-driven backend processes.
• Design, manage, and optimise database schemas and stored procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and encourage best practices.
• Implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality code delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6+ and C#.
• Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and secure web service integration.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or other RDBMS; experience with database design and optimization.
• Experience leading cloud-based solutions on Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with version control (e.g., Git) and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Boards).
