About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application Development Technical Lead to join our dynamic team.
• Required skillset: React Native / .NET MAUI / Xamarin.
• This position combines hands-on mobile application development with strategic leadership and team supervision.
• The successful candidate will design, develop, and lead the implementation of robust mobile applications using the React Native / .NET MAUI / Xamarin framework while guiding a team of developers, ensuring quality delivery, and aligning efforts with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and efficient mobile applications using React Native / .NET MAUI / Xamarin framework.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, product managers, and UI/UX designers to understand business requirements and transform them into scalable solutions.
• Architect solutions that are robust, maintainable, and aligned with strategic business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and encourage best practices.
• Implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality code delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Mobile Application Developer with expertise in React Native / .NET MAUI / Xamarin.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and secure web service integration.
• Experience in cloud-based solutions on Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with version control (e.g., Git) and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Boards).
