Job Summary:

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll lead high-volume and specialist hiring campaigns, elevate employer branding, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful workforce planning. You’ll be part of a supportive, inclusive culture that values innovation, flexibility, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, balancing volume hiring with strategic talent acquisition.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals and future workforce needs.
  • Use data insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Monitors the development of resourcing channels and maximize the ROI and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
  • A min. of 8 years’ experience in HR functions, preferably involving the full 360° hiring process, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Extensive experience in strategic talent acquisition within the financial services sector or high-volume environments will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Decisive leader with data driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin Chinese.
