Finance and Admin Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Executive to support the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of the company and its special purpose vehicles (SPVs). This role will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting and compliance activities, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Finance Responsibilities

  1. Accounting & Financial Support
    • Help prepare monthly accounts and financial reports.
    • Maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies.
    • Assist in preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts, and projections.
  2. Audit & Tax
    • Prepare documents for audits and work with auditors.
    • Help with tax filings (e.g. SST, corporate tax, withholding tax).
  3. Finance Operations
    • Issue invoices and handle payment processing.
    • Monitor incoming payments and manage cash flow.
    • Process staff claims and reimbursements.
    • Ensure financial procedures follow internal controls and regulations.
  4. Liaison & Reporting
    • Coordinate with accountants, tax consultants, and banks.
  5. Process Improvement
    • Support efforts to improve financial reporting and processes.

Administrative Responsibilities

  1. Admin Operations
    • Keep admin records and documents organised.
    • Handle internal admin and finance queries and approvals.
    • Assist with insurance renewals.
    • Support HR and payroll processes.
  2. Liaison & Coordination
    • Work with Company’s vendors and other services providers when required.
    • Help prepare documents such as board resolutions and meeting minutes.
  3. Ad-Hoc Tasks
    • Assist with tasks like opening internal paperwork and other admin support.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a finance and/or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
