Our client is a shared services company that provides HR, Finance, and IT support to fast-growing businesses. They handle essential operational functions, allowing their clients to focus on building great products. Their IT services include hardware leasing, software license management, infrastructure maintenance, and end-user support.
Responsibilities:
Client IT Operations
- Act as primary IT contact for multiple clients.
- Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software.
- Manage hardware deployment, returns, and software licenses.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and enforce endpoint security.
- Track IT assets and support procurement planning.
System & Network Support
- Administer email, collaboration tools, shared drives, and user access.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning.
- Support basic network and infrastructure needs.
- Maintain patching, backups, and SaaS platforms.
Governance, Documentation & Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and documentation.
- Standardize workflows and support procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and productivity.
- Support audits and ensure consistent IT practices across clients.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with workstation setups, remote support, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud admin panels (e.g., Google Admin, Office 365).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices is a must.
- Good documentation, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience in shared services or MSP environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, APs) is an advantage.
