Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Audit Partner to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in our audit practice. This senior role requires a proven track record in managing complex audit engagements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining the highest professional standards. The Audit Partner will have full signing authority on audit reports, primarily for Malaysia engagements, with the capability to support Singapore audits when required.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert oversight across all audit areas, ensuring compliance with IFRS, SFRS, and statutory regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and establish effective audit strategies and procedures.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing audit team to deliver quality outcomes and meet budget targets.

Review audit evidence, draw informed conclusions, and address complex audit objectives.

Update audit policies and procedures in line with evolving professional standards.

Manage a diverse client portfolio and build strong, long‑term client relationships.

Respond to technical queries from clients and internal teams on audit and compliance matters.

Drive business development initiatives to expand the audit practice’s reach and impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Chartered Accountant Singapore (Practicing Member) with signing authority.

Minimum 10 years of relevant audit experience, including at least 5 years as an Audit Partner in a mid‑tier audit firm.

Extensive Big Four audit experience is highly advantageous.

Proven ability to sign audit reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
