About our client:
Our client is an MNC global leader in personal protection solutions, headquartered in Australia. They design, manufacture, and market high-quality protective equipment including industrial gloves, medical gloves, and safety apparel. With operations spanning over 100 countries, they serve industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and life sciences, with a strong focus on safety, innovation, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment operations support – Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for countries within the APAC region, ensuring hiring timelines are met and recruitment processes are executed smoothly.
- Candidate experience & interview coordination – Manage candidate administration, including scheduling interviews and assessments, preparing interview packs, and ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment data, reporting & dashboards – Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within the system, ensure recruitment stages and candidate records are properly updated, and support reporting by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Hiring decision & assessment support – Participate as an HR representative in interviews, document interview feedback, administer assessments (including psychometric tests where applicable), and provide input to support hiring decisions.
- Offer management & compliance – Support remuneration discussions with C&B, manage offer approvals, oversee pre-employment screening, and ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and internal processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment with minimum 3 years of in-house or TA experience.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
