About the Role:
This role focuses on supporting and leading Group Tax Pillar 2 reporting, working closely with internal stakeholders across finance, accounting, and consolidation teams. You will play a key role in improving tax reporting quality, ensuring compliance with evolving global tax requirements, and supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Tax Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare and review Group Tax Pillar 2 reports accurately and on time
- Support improvements in tax reporting processes to ensure consistency and compliance
- Enhance reporting tools and dashboards, focusing on simplification and user experience
- Assist in training internal teams on tax reporting practices and requirements
- Collaborate with consolidation and accounting teams to strengthen reporting quality
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams across Head Office (HO), Regional Offices (RO), Global Business Services (GBS), and local entities
- Work closely with tax and finance teams across different regions
Tax Pillar 2 Implementation
- Support and drive the implementation of Tax Pillar 2 requirements across the Group
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of tax reporting frameworks
- Monitor and calculate effective tax rates across jurisdictions using Group tools
- Support data collection from various entities for Pillar 2 reporting
- Assist in calculating safe harbour and top-up tax requirements
- Work with accounting teams to improve tracking and handling of deferred tax matters
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit (public accounting or commercial environment)
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of tax accounting, IFRS, and financial consolidation
- Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools
