The company was established in 2009 to lead the expansion into ASEAN countries and India region, with Singapore as the Regional Headquarter., they specialize in demand creation, as well as meeting global supply.
Job Responsibilities
- Order management
• Process sales orders accurately in ERP system
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time fulfilment
• Handle order changes, cancellations, and expedite requests
2. Customer Account Management
• Support Sales PIC for assigned customers
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding order status, shipment and billing enquiries
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers
3. Customer Account Management
• Generate shipping documents and ensure billing accuracy
• Support credit note / debit note processing
Job Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator / Customer Service in a similar industry
- Knowledge in Oracle will be an added advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous with positive working attitude
- Independent and must have initiative and responsibility
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
