About the Role:
This position primarily supports the team in executing credit administration and operational activities. Key responsibilities include preparing account listings for BOT processing in the credit system (LARA), preparing and maintaining credit agreement documentation, conducting risk rating searches and assessments, and ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable country-specific regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support credit renewals activities by preparing account listing for BOT processing & update in the credit system (LARA) and preparing credit agreement.
- Maintain and follow up on the bi-weekly Credit Agreement Report to ensure timely processing of signed agreements.
- Conduct risk rating searches using external databases (e.g., S&P, BvD) to support credit evaluations.
- Provide support to team members for credit applications and related enquiries.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support team operations.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Previous experience in credit processing or credit analysis is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
