We will train you in the role of Sales Admin & Marketing Executive in a property development company.

Sales Admin & Marketing Executive Role Highlights:

• Sales administration and documentation (SPA and loans)
• Liaising with real estate agents
• Timely progressive billings to purchasers
• Timely collections of receivables
• Applying for Developer License and Advertising Permits
• Attending to KPKT Sales Reports
• Handling sales and buyer enquiries
• Managing correspondence and emails
• Preparing weekly sales and collection reports
• Preparing marketing materials
  
  Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline 
  2. Excellent listening and written communication skills
  3. Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic, and maintains a positive attitude
  4. Speed and accuracy in work with the ability to maintain focus
  5. Dedicated and reliable
  6. Able to take direction
  7. Excellent computing skills (particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project), with word processing and spreadsheet experience
  8. Efficient at time management, and demonstrates leadership skills.
