Job Description

• We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Global Finance Team.
• Work collaboratively with A+ Payment team to address their business goal, initiatives and projects, including but not limited to operation improvement, ROI evaluation, project modelling, contract review, risk management and exception handling
• Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities
• Work closely with business team, FPA, and SSC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters across all operation regions.
• Seek opportunities to systematic solution and implement to improve operation efficient, data accuracy and promptness. Proactively involved product/tech team to streamline demand and implementation plan.
• Get hands-on and influence others in resolving issues and exploring new opportunities as they arise.
• Support any other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field or equivalent required.
• At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in finance or relevant analytical field
• Demonstrated ability to translate strong technical capabilities into commercial judgement, and to work independently and self-motivated in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment where new business initiatives are frequently introduced
• Knowledge of e-payment ,e-commerce and financial services is a plus
• Be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to management
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload
• Curiosity in continuous learning ,and strong inter-person skills with the ability to interact with multi-functional teams to drive the discussion ,alignment and actions
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with our Mandarin speaking stakeholders
