Job Description: 

1. Develop business strategies for current portfolio companies.
2. Manage pre-sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients through networking, supporting business plans.
3. Conduct market research and analysis for new business development, in line with headquarters’ policies and market potential.
4. Identify potential investment and business collaboration opportunities.
5. Organize and participate in meetings visited by headquarters.
6. Manage risks, monitor stakeholder sentiment, and address project issues.
7. Create and execute business and action plans, and handle internal reporting.
8. Keep detailed records of stakeholder interactions, feedback, and decisions.

Requirements: 

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business or equivalent.
2. Good academic result. 2nd Class Upper (CGPA 3.00) and above.
3. Candidate with 5 years of working experience in business development in the ICT industry.
4. Experience in consulting services for enterprise digital transformation and/or business development and/or financial modeling is advantageous.
5. Proficient in spoken and written English.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Possess great leadership skills, independent, self-motivated.
8. Must be Responsible, meticulous, with a positive working attitude, strong teamwork skills, ethical mindset, mature and confident disposition.
9. Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
10. Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
