Senior Business Development Executive (Kuala Lumpur)

About The Company:

Position: Senior Business Development Executive (Kuala Lumpur) (Salary up to RM5,500) 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in sourcing suitable land for acquisition, through outright purchase or joint venture.
• Conduct site analyses for new development proposals, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
• Liaise with authorities to perform due diligence, including market studies, land matters, development guidelines, and zoning requirements.
• Prepare financial feasibility studies by coordinating with the Contract and Marketing teams for accurate data.
• Use due diligence and feasibility studies to help the General Manager assess whether to proceed with land proposals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Land Acquisition Committee, involving senior management (Property Managing Director, CEO, CFO) for EXCO approval.
• Occasionally present findings to the Land Acquisition Committee.
• Engage directly with top management (Chairman, Managing Director, CEO, CFO) in meetings, briefings, and site visits.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, Valuation/Real Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have experience in land acquisition and valuation.
• Hands-on experience with submission documents and direct interaction with government authority departments.
• Language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Preferred).
