Job Responsibilities:
Accounting (Full-set):
- Supervise inventory counting and ensure accuracy.
- Review inventory reports, including material receipt, issuance, and stock movement reports prepared by production supervisors.
- Prepare accounting vouchers, organize and file original documents, and prepare financial statements (both in English and Chinese).
- Handle tax filing and collaborate during the annual audit process.
- Issue sales invoices and manage related documentation.
Human Resources (Payroll):
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including the handling of labor contracts.
- Maintain attendance records, calculate and disburse wages, and manage insurance and provident fund contributions.
Administration:
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Management, or related fields, and possession of an accounting certificate.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English and Malay.
- Strong communication skills with a good service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and previous experience in HR management will be added advantage. (Primary job function over Account payable.
