Account & HR Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting (Full-set):

  1. Supervise inventory counting and ensure accuracy.
  2. Review inventory reports, including material receipt, issuance, and stock movement reports prepared by production supervisors.
  3. Prepare accounting vouchers, organize and file original documents, and prepare financial statements (both in English and Chinese).
  4. Handle tax filing and collaborate during the annual audit process.
  5. Issue sales invoices and manage related documentation.

Human Resources (Payroll):

  1. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including the handling of labor contracts.
  2. Maintain attendance records, calculate and disburse wages, and manage insurance and provident fund contributions.

Administration:

  1. Perform day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Management, or related fields, and possession of an accounting certificate.
  2. Proficiency in Chinese, English and Malay.
  3. Strong communication skills with a good service-oriented mindset.
  4. Familiarity with local labor laws and previous experience in HR management will be added advantage. (Primary job function over Account payable.
