Tasks & responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage and resolve operational issues that affect service delivery to clients in an efficient and timely manner.
- Present and explain new product upgrades and functionalities, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits.
- Collect, verify, and prioritize both non-technical and technical requirements from clients for new product features.
- Understand the rationale behind each client request and communicate it effectively to the relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal team to identify new opportunities for growth in the market and plan strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to generate new ideas for product development.
- Constantly monitor client websites, identify weaknesses, and propose improvements and modifications that enhance performance.
- Handle tasks delegated by upper management as needed. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, delivering engaging presentations and networking with potential clients. Confidently deliver elevator pitches to promote products and secure new business opportunities
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic IT knowledge are preferable
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
- Good communication and problem solving skills are a must
- Good team member
- Attention to details
- Language (s): English and Mandarin, Cantonese would be an added advantage
