Administrative Assistant / Department Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

About the company

Our client is an IT consulting company dedicated to simplifying technology through innovative solutions in software development, web design, cybersecurity, and consultancy,  located at KL area.

 

Responsibility

  1. The department is in charge of the coordination of daily itineraries.
  2. Responsible for the management, classification, sorting, filing and storage of various documents and materials in charge of the department.
  3. Coordinate the relationship with various departments and promote the promotion of related work.
  4. Responsible for the organization and arrangement of meeting affairs, the preparation of meeting minutes, and the reminder, investigation and implementation of the resolutions.
  5. Responsible for handling other tasks assigned by the head of the department.

 

Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience in related filed.
  2. Outstanding Mandarin ability, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  3. Proficient in the use of office tools, good copywriting ability and document archiving ability.
  4. Strong communication ability, coordination ability, meticulous logic, clear conditioning.
  5. Good pressure resistance, truth-seeking and pragmatic, and strong self-driving power.
