Assistant Manager – Sales

1.Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and foster strong client relationships within the real estate sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, property developers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities, drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the company’s projects to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and prospects
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance
  • Lead and participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company

2.Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Real Estate / Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least five (3) years’ experience in related field
  • Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Words, Excel & Power Point)
  • Independent, result-orientated and aggressive in generating sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic and a good team player
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Strong leadership skills, key qualities often include communication, decision￾making, problem-solving, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Candidate must show previous results and performance expectations or achievements.
